Ordering
How do I place an order?
Add products to the cart, open the cart and go to checkout. Choose delivery to your address or pickup from our shop, check the total and confirm.
Where can I see my orders?
Sign in and open My orders. Every order is listed there with its current status.
Is the price on the site final?
Yes. Prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT. Delivery, if you choose it, is added at checkout and shown before you confirm.

Which cities do you deliver to?
Madinah for now. Delivery to other cities is coming soon. You can also collect your order from our shop.
How much is delivery?
It depends on your address, and checkout calculates it before you confirm. Delivery is free for business accounts. Details are on the Delivery page.
Can I collect the order myself?
Yes. Choose “Pickup” at checkout. Shop addresses and opening hours are on the Contacts page.
Payment
How can I pay?
In cash: to the courier on delivery, or at the shop when you collect. Nothing is charged online when you order. More on the Payment page.
For business
How do I get wholesale prices?
Open a business account: enter your company details and attach your commercial registration. Once we have checked it, the whole catalogue shows your contract prices. See For business.
What do I need to open a business account?
Your commercial registration (CR) number and a copy of the certificate as a PDF, JPEG or PNG. You can also add a VAT number and your National Address short code.
Can you price a large order or a whole project?
Yes. Send a quote request with the items and quantities, or attach your bill of quantities, and the sales office will price it.
