Returning a purchase

• You can return a product within 7 days of the day you receive it.
• We accept it only with its packaging unopened and if it has never been used, not even once.

• We replace a defective product with a working one.
• Delivery of the replacement is at our cost.

• Bring the product to our shop with proof of purchase, such as the order number from My orders.
• The shop address and opening hours are on the Contacts page.

We refund what you paid for the product, in cash or by bank transfer, within 30 days.

If an order arrives more than 15 days late, you can cancel it and get a full refund, unless the delay is caused by force majeure.

These terms follow the Saudi E-Commerce Law. Where the law gives you more rights, the law applies.
